CRM visibility keeps FunnelStory account access aligned with HubSpot and Salesforce when you wire those connections—instead of relying only on manual assignments. FunnelStory reads who can see which CRM accounts from your connected org, matches CRM users to workspace users by email, and applies the result for Account User, Manager, and other non-admin roles. Turn it on when your CRM already defines account access and you want the same boundaries in FunnelStory.

Workspace Admins and Super Admins grow the team by sending invites tied to a specific role (and optional designation). Invited users receive email with a secure link to join the same tenant everyone else uses.

FunnelStory uses workspace roles to decide who can change configuration, who can write to customer records, and who can use Renari and MCP integrations. Roles are assigned per user in a workspace and can be paired with an optional designation (for example CSM or AE) for reporting—not for authorization by itself.

Shared teams are groups of workspace users you define in FunnelStory. When an account’s data includes a matching team identifier, every member of that team can be auto-assigned to the account after an Account model refresh—useful when portfolios are owned by pods or regions rather than a single CSM.
