  • Dedicated dashboards for Support SLA Breaches and Conversation SLA Breaches are available on the account page. Gain insights into status, priority, severity levels, sentiment, and more. Jira ticket links are displayed if your Zendesk support ticket is linked to Jira.
  • New columns related to SLA breaches have been added to the accounts dashboard, including SLA Tier Name, SLA Tier Assigned By, SLA Breach Support Ticket, SLA Breach Conversation, and more.

Assign Accounts To Team Members

  • Introducing the Assign Accounts feature, allowing account assignment to team members. This will help your team members focus on accounts that require attention as they will have a personalized view of their assigned accounts on the accounts dashboard.
  • On top of assigning accounts to team members, you can also assign a designation to each team member. Here is the list of designations available:
    • Account Executive
    • Customer Success Engineer
    • Customer Success Manager
    • Sales Engineer

Email Notifications

  • Commencing Daily/Weekly email notifications to users. These emails provide an account summary based on the configured Funnel

Fixes and improvements

  • Automated assignment of names to conditions in the funnel stage and health tags. Manual naming of conditions is no longer required.
  • Added new filters to the accounts dashboard, such as Funnel State, Recent Activity, Recent Signal, and more.
  • Workspace ID is now part of the URL so that you can easily share your workspace with others and can have multiple workspaces open in different tabs.

Done Stage

Health Tags
