Account Hierarchy Overview
Account hierarchy in FunnelStory links customer organizations into parent–child trees using your own stable account_id values. Alongside products on each account, this lets you model enterprises with subsidiaries, holding companies, regional rollups, and multi-product relationships in one workspace.

Product-Level Funnels
Product-level funnels are journey definitions scoped to a single catalog product (product_id / internal product record). They let each product have its own stages and entry rules while still evaluating accounts (and their activities, subscriptions, and metrics) in your workspace.
Product-Level Predictions
When your workspace is set up for multi-product analysis, FunnelStory can store prediction scores per account _and_ per product — in addition to the overall account-level prediction you may already use.
Parent Account Rollups
When accounts have child rows linked by parent_account_id, FunnelStory maintains two helpful rollup fields on the parent (and on any account that has children):
