Overview
Funnels (also called journey funnels in the product) are ordered stages that describe how accounts move through your customer journey for a catalog product. You define each stage with filters on activities, metrics, account properties, and more; FunnelStory evaluates those filters and shows where accounts sit in the journey.
Managing workspace funnels
The Funnels page is the control plane for journey definitions: see everything in one table, narrow by product, and drill into a single funnel to edit stages or change its evaluator.
Configuring stages
Each funnel is an ordered list of stages (minimum three, maximum five in the current product). Accounts are placed on a stage according to the funnel’s evaluator and each stage’s filter—see Evaluators and Stage conditions.
Stage conditions
A stage condition is the filter attached to a funnel stage. When filters pass, an account can sit on that stage (subject to the funnel’s evaluator rules). Conditions are built with the same structured filter experience used elsewhere in FunnelStory—groups of rules combined with AND / OR logic inside the builder.
Evaluators
An evaluator tells FunnelStory how to place an account on a workspace funnel’s stages when stage filters can be true at different times, overlap, or change as data updates.
Funnel analytics
Funnel analytics in FunnelStory are the counts, conversion views, and timing hints you get once accounts are being evaluated against a funnel—not a separate “analytics SKU.” You read them from the Funnels experience and from Accounts when a funnel is active for the relevant product.
