Every account in FunnelStory has a health score and a predicted outcome, updated continuously as your data refreshes. These appear throughout the product — on account cards, in the accounts view, and on each account's detail page.

Every prediction includes a confidence rating — High, Medium, Low, or Neutral — that tells you how strongly the account's data supports the predicted outcome.

When an account's prediction changes, FunnelStory emits a signal. You can use that signal to notify your team or kick off automated follow-up.

A Prediction is an account-level score that estimates the probability of churn or renewal — calculated continuously from your actual customer data, not a manually configured formula. Where health scores ask you to decide in advance what matters, FunnelStory's prediction models learn the patterns from your own historical outcomes: which accounts renewed, which churned, and what their data looked like in the months before.

For accounts with multiple products, FunnelStory generates a separate prediction for each product — its own health score, outcome, confidence level, and factor breakdown.

What-if analysis lets you simulate how changes to an account's data would affect its prediction. Adjust a factor value and FunnelStory immediately shows you the updated health score, outcome, and confidence.
