Prediction Triggers

When an account's prediction changes, FunnelStory emits a signal. You can use that signal to notify your team or kick off automated follow-up.

Notifications​

Signals can be wired to notification triggers, which deliver alerts to Slack or Microsoft Teams when a prediction changes. Notifications are configured by workspace admins under Settings → Notifications.

From there, you can:

  • Select which accounts are in scope (all accounts, specific segments, or accounts assigned to specific CSMs)
  • Choose the delivery channel
  • Customize the message template

A typical notification includes the account name, health score, predicted outcome, confidence level, and a direct link to the account in FunnelStory.

Email via Agents​

For email delivery, you can configure an AI agent to watch for prediction signals and send email summaries. Agents can be set up to run on a schedule or in response to signal events, and the email content is generated based on the account's current prediction data.

This is useful for weekly digests of at-risk accounts or immediate alerts when a high-confidence churn signal emerges.
