Product-Level Predictions
For accounts with multiple products, FunnelStory generates a separate prediction for each product — its own health score, outcome, confidence level, and factor breakdown.
This is useful when different products have different renewal dates, different owners, or meaningfully different usage patterns. An account might be healthy overall while one product is quietly at risk.
What's Included
Each product prediction includes:
- Health score — 0–100, same scale as account-level predictions
- Predicted outcome — churn, retention, or neutral for this product
- Confidence — how strongly the data supports the prediction
- Contributors and Detractors — the factors driving the score for this specific product
- Diagnosis summary — a short AI-generated summary of what the data suggests about this product's trajectory
- Symptoms — a list of observable signals behind the summary, drawn from the product's metrics and activity
How Product-Scoped Metrics Feed Predictions
Product predictions are trained on metrics and activity that are scoped to each product — not just the account overall. If your Account model includes product-specific usage data (for example, feature adoption per product or support tickets filed against a specific product), those signals feed directly into that product's prediction.
This means the factors driving a product prediction can differ substantially from the account-level factors. An account may have strong overall engagement while a specific add-on has low adoption, a separate renewal timeline, and a churn signal.
Viewing Product Predictions
Product predictions are visible on the account detail page, within each product's section. The layout mirrors the account-level prediction: badge, factor breakdown, and trend chart.
