Custom Dashboards

Custom dashboards are curated, chart-first layouts—often provisioned for enterprise workspaces. Use them when leadership needs a fixed board with specific KPIs, branding, and layout, while analysts still use Accounts and Journey for operational drill-down.

Layout and editing

When edit mode is available, authorized users can rearrange chart tiles on a responsive grid and save layout positions so the view persists for everyone.

Time range

Charts honor a workspace-level time range control (commonly defaulting to roughly the last week). Align the window with how your team runs standups or pipeline reviews.

Requesting or changing a custom dashboard

Custom dashboards are configured by the FunnelStory team together with your admins: target personas, metrics definitions, chart types, color palette, and refresh expectations. Contact your FunnelStory account manager or customer success lead with:

  • The decisions each dashboard should support (executive QBR, CS capacity, product adoption).
  • The metrics, funnels, and segments that must appear.
  • Any export or deep link requirements into Accounts or Journey.
