Timeline
The Event timeline is a chronological feed of what happened for an account or user—product activity, integrations, model changes, and (optionally) signals—so CSMs and AMs can reconstruct the story before a call or escalation without opening five tools.
Where to find it
Open any account from Accounts (/accounts) and choose the timeline or activity tab. A similar timeline exists on user detail when your hierarchy exposes user-level history.
How events are grouped
Events load in reverse chronological order, bucketed by calendar day for scanning. Each row shows a human-readable message, a relative timestamp (for example “3 days ago”), and an absolute timestamp on hover. Some rows include an additional details control when structured payload or links are available.
The list loads more as you scroll so long histories stay performant.
What appears in practice
Typical categories include product activity (logins, feature usage), CRM or support updates, conversation-derived highlights when those models are connected, metric or prediction changes when wired into timeline, and subscription or contract milestones. Exact event types depend on which data models and processors your workspace runs.
Using timeline with other views
Pair timeline review with Predictions and Needle movers on the same account: predictions show where things stand; needle movers explain sharp changes; timeline shows the sequence that led there.
