Renari
Renari is FunnelStory's AI copilot — a conversational agent that reasons directly against your Customer Intelligence Graph. Ask it anything about your accounts, your portfolio, or your customers, and it returns grounded, sourced answers drawn from your actual data, not generic LLM guesses.
Renari is available everywhere in FunnelStory: from the global Ask Anything interface, inline on every account, and embedded directly in Needle Movers and Predictions.

What You Can Ask
Renari answers questions across the full breadth of your customer data. Common use cases include:
Account intelligence
- "Which accounts have renewals in the next 50 days and haven't had a meeting this quarter?"
- "Summarize the recent activity for Acme Corp."
- "Who is the champion at Globex and when did we last talk to them?"
Portfolio analysis
- "Show me all accounts at risk with high ARR."
- "Which accounts have had the most feature requests in the past 30 days?"
- "How many accounts are in the Expansion stage?"
Trend and signal queries
- "What are the most common competitor mentions across my book of business this month?"
- "Which accounts have had a personnel change in the last 60 days?"
Drafting and action
- "Draft a QBR summary for Initech."
- "Write a follow-up email for the pricing concern raised by Umbrella Corp."
- "What should I do before the renewal call with Hooli next week?"
Show Your Work
Renari shows its reasoning in real time. As it processes your question, you can see which tools it is using, what data it is pulling, and what steps it is taking — before the final answer arrives. This transparency lets you follow along and catch anything that doesn't look right.
Verifiable Answers with Citations
Every answer Renari generates is traceable back to its sources. When Renari uses data from a specific conversation, ticket, meeting, or CRM record, it cites that source inline. Clicking a citation opens the original record — so you can verify any claim directly against the data it came from.
This makes Renari's outputs safe to act on: you're not taking an AI's word for it, you're reading a synthesis with the receipts attached.
Playbook-Guided Responses
For complex, multi-step questions, Renari uses playbooks — structured sequences of steps that encode best practices for common tasks. When you ask Renari to analyze an at-risk account or prepare for a renewal, it retrieves the appropriate playbook and follows it, rather than improvising from scratch.
Playbooks can be configured for your workspace, ensuring Renari follows your team's processes and priorities — not just generic advice.
Conversation Threads
Renari maintains full conversation history. You can ask a follow-up question and Renari will remember the context of the exchange. Conversations are organized by date in the sidebar and can be revisited at any time.
This makes Renari useful for ongoing investigations — return to a thread, pick up where you left off, and continue building context without re-explaining the situation.
Suggested Prompts
The Ask Anything interface surfaces suggested prompts based on common workflows — like analyzing accounts with upcoming renewals or identifying feature request patterns. These act as starting points you can run as-is or customize for your specific needs.
