Workspace Management
A workspace is your organization’s tenant in FunnelStory: it holds accounts, data models, connections, agents, dashboards, and all other configuration. Users can belong to one workspace or several, depending on how your company is set up. This page covers day-to-day workspace lifecycle from an administrator’s perspective.
Switching and organizing workspaces
After sign-in, use the workspace picker to open the environment you need. From there you can:
- Select an existing workspace to load its data and settings.
- Create a new workspace when your contract allows additional tenants (for example, a separate division or sandbox).
- Rename a workspace to keep names aligned with how your team refers to them.
- Delete a workspace only when you are certain the tenant is no longer needed; deletion is permanent for that tenant’s data.
Exact options depend on your role and your company’s policy.
Configure vs Admin
Day-to-day modeling work lives under Configure—models, connections, signals, health tags, AI Providers, and similar. Admin is for cross-cutting controls: Audit Log, Team (invitations on Team Members, plus Shared teams for account assignment), Workspaces (for operators who manage multiple tenants), Subscription and billing contacts where exposed, Notifications, MCP connections, and other tenant-wide settings. If you cannot see an Admin item, your user may not have the required role; ask a Super Admin or Admin in your organization.
