Funnel analytics
Funnel analytics in FunnelStory are the counts, conversion views, and timing hints you get once accounts are being evaluated against a funnel—not a separate “analytics SKU.” You read them from the Funnels experience and from Accounts when a funnel is active for the relevant product.
Funnel list and refresh
On Funnels (/funnels), each row reflects the funnel’s active or draft status. Use refresh on a funnel when you need evaluation to catch up after large data loads or configuration changes so downstream counts stay credible.
Per-funnel overview
Inside /funnels/:funnelId, Funnel Overview summarizes:
- Product tied to the definition
- Evaluator (Timeline or Last match) with an inline control to change it
- Status (active vs draft)
- How many stages have configured filters
- Created by metadata
Open View Configuration to return to the stage editor when you need to adjust gates.
Accounts experience
Where your workspace surfaces funnel context on Accounts (layout varies by feature flags), you typically see:
- Stage columns or selectors so reps can sort and scan accounts by journey position.
- Stage headers with account counts; hover tooltips often include a conversion rate between stages derived from those counts.
- A compact Sankey-style funnel chart per account row that visualizes progression across stages using the same stage ordering as the definition.
Together, these elements answer “how many accounts are in each stage?” and “how sharp are the transitions between stages?” without exporting to a BI tool.
Timing and health cues
For Timeline funnels, FunnelStory can still compute duration-oriented hints (for example whether an account is tracking on time, slow, or stuck relative to historical completion patterns for a stage) when that data is exposed in your workspace’s accounts UI. Last match funnels emphasize current placement; treat timing labels as secondary to “which stage matches today?”
Exact labels and charts can evolve between releases; rely on the in-product tooltips and legends for precise definitions.
