SendGrid
Connect SendGrid so your workspace can send email through your own SendGrid account. Messages are delivered from addresses and domains you verify in SendGrid (for example notifications@yourcompany.com)—not from FunnelStory’s domain. FunnelStory uses your API key only to send on your behalf and, when webhooks are configured, to record delivery and engagement in the product.
Amazon SES
Connect Amazon SES so your workspace can send email through your AWS account. Recipients see mail from identities and domains you verify in SES (for example alerts@yourcompany.com)—not from FunnelStory. FunnelStory stores SES event notifications (bounces, complaints, deliveries, and related types) when you route them in through Amazon SNS (or an equivalent path) to FunnelStory’s endpoints, so engagement and delivery issues can surface in the product.
Mailgun
Connect Mailgun so your workspace can send email through your Mailgun account. Messages are sent from domains you configure and verify in Mailgun (for example mg.yourcompany.com)—not from FunnelStory’s domain. This connection validates your domain and API credentials; workflow actions use them to deliver mail on your behalf.
Postmark
Connect Postmark so your workspace can send email through your Postmark server. Recipients see messages from sender addresses and domains you verify in Postmark—not from FunnelStory. FunnelStory stores your Server API token (server token), calls Postmark to send from workflows, and can ingest Postmark webhooks so delivery, opens, clicks, and related events show up in the product when webhooks are pointed at your workspace.
