Intercom
The Intercom connection brings conversations and related metadata from Intercom into FunnelStory for conversation-style views on accounts and support analytics.
What FunnelStory uses it for
- Conversations — Intercom threads sync and link to accounts per the product’s built-in behavior.
Before you connect
- FunnelStory uses OAuth to access Intercom. An Intercom workspace admin must approve the app and required read scopes.
Add the connection in FunnelStory

Open Configuration → Connections → Add connection, then choose Intercom.

Complete the fields in the connection form:

Click Connect to start OAuth.

Sign in and authorize on Intercom.
After you connect
Once you’ve added the Intercom data connection, a Conversation Model will be automatically created for you.
