Pylon

The Pylon connection imports customer support issues from Pylon into FunnelStory for support ticket views and account-level context.

What FunnelStory uses it for

  • Issues — Pylon issues sync per built-in support-ticket behavior.

Before you connect

  • Create a Pylon API token with access to the issues you want synced (https://api.usepylon.com).

Add the connection in FunnelStory

  1. Open Configuration → ConnectionsAdd connection, then choose Pylon.

  2. Complete the fields in the connection form:

  1. Click Validate, then Add Connection.

After you connect

Once you’ve added the Pylon data connection, a Support Ticket Model will be automatically created for you.
