Pylon
The Pylon connection imports customer support issues from Pylon into FunnelStory for support ticket views and account-level context.
What FunnelStory uses it for
- Issues — Pylon issues sync per built-in support-ticket behavior.
Before you connect
- Create a Pylon API token with access to the issues you want synced (
https://api.usepylon.com).
Add the connection in FunnelStory

Open Configuration → Connections → Add connection, then choose Pylon.

Complete the fields in the connection form:

| Connection name | Display name. |
| api_token | Pylon bearer token. |
- Click Validate, then Add Connection.
After you connect
Once you’ve added the Pylon data connection, a Support Ticket Model will be automatically created for you.
